Sunbrella cushions made to your exact size, for any outdoor or indoor seat. Choose from more than 160 Sunbrella fabrics, pick your foam, and we cut and sew the cushion to order, with a zippered cover so it can be cleaned or refreshed later.

Sunbrella is a solution-dyed acrylic: the color goes all the way through the fiber instead of sitting on the surface, so Sunbrella outdoor cushions hold their color in strong sun, resist mildew and shed rain. Most Sunbrella fabrics carry a five-year limited warranty from the manufacturer, and they can be cleaned with mild soap or a diluted bleach solution.

How do I clean Sunbrella outdoor cushions? + −

For most stains, brush off loose debris, then mix one cup of mild soap with one gallon of warm water, sponge the cushion, rinse thoroughly, and air dry. For tougher stains, Sunbrella fabric is bleach-cleanable, which means a diluted bleach solution will not damage the fabric or strip the color.

Can I order Sunbrella cushions in custom sizes and shapes? + −

Yes. Every Sunbrella cushion is made to your measurements. Send the seat depth, width and thickness (and back height for back cushions) with your quote. We also make trapezoid, rounded-corner, triangle, round and half-round, L-shaped, T-shaped and bolster cushions.

Are Sunbrella cushions waterproof? + −

Sunbrella cushions are water-repellent and stain-repellant. The fabric resists rain absorption, dries quickly, and resists mildew. For marine cushion use, pair the Sunbrella cushion cover with Dryfast foam so water drains through the cushion rather than getting trapped inside.

How long do Sunbrella cushions last? + −

Most Sunbrella fabrics carry a five-year limited warranty from the manufacturer. How long a cushion lasts outdoors depends on sun, climate and care; choosing Dry Fast foam and bringing cushions in during long wet spells helps them last longer.

What are Sunbrella outdoor cushions made of? + −

Sunbrella fabric is solution-dyed acrylic: the color is added to the fiber before it is spun, rather than printed on the surface. That is why it holds its color in direct sun and weather. We fill the covers with your choice of High Density, Luxury, Dry Fast or Super Soft foam.
