(Dryfast foam is a 1.8 lb/ft3 density with a 60lb ILD) Dryfast foam is designed to withstand the elements of outdoor use, able to last up to 8 years and draining water quickly away from the foam. Manufacturing Tolerances

While we try to make it with high accuracy there could be a tolerance difference for custom order of ± 1" for length and width & ± 1/2" for thickness.
