Outdoor Dry Fast Foam

Dryfast foams are suited for outdoor use where moisture and precipitation like rain is prevalent, such as in patio furniture, including under Phifertex material, or in marine cushioning on personal watercraft. The large, open cells provide a degree of airflow not present in other foams, allowing it to dry quickly, even after complete saturation. The Dryfast foam formula is anti-microbial and helps suppress microorganism growth, common in damp areas. Because of the anti-microbial formula and air circulation, Dryfast foam could also be used in home products like bedding for those with health concerns. Dryfast foam ensures outdoor spaces stay fresh and comfortable. Its anti-microbial formula prevents the growth of microorganisms and moisture-wicking properties allow it to dry quickly, even after complete saturation. A medium-firm foam suggested for outdoor use, very durable. Dryfast's unique ability to drain water quickly makes it excellent for outdoor use. Possible applications include patio cushions, garden furniture, boat cushions and boat mattresses. Foam has a typical life of 5-8 years. (Dryfast foam is a 1.8 lb/ft3 density with a 60lb ILD) Dryfast foam is designed to withstand the elements of outdoor use, able to last up to 8 years and draining water quickly away from the foam. Manufacturing Tolerances

While we try to make it with high accuracy there could be a tolerance difference for custom order of ± 1" for length and width & ± 1/2" for thickness.
